1. About Amara Nova

Amara Nova is an Australian fine jewellery brand operating at amaranova.com.au. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless a supported currency is selected at checkout. Amara Nova is a registered business operating under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Amara Nova website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Accuracy

We take great care to present our diamonds and gemstones as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Diamond and gemstone imagery may vary slightly from the actual stone due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and display calibration. The IGI certificate accompanying each stone is the definitive record of its specifications.
  • Carat weight, colour, and clarity grades displayed on our website are sourced directly from the IGI grading report for each stone.
  • Custom orders via the Ring Studio are made to order. Once a stone and setting have been confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Amara Nova website are in the currency selected at checkout. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable for Australian orders.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional pricing applies only for the duration of the stated promotion.
  • In the event of a pricing error, Amara Nova reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order with Amara Nova, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the stated price. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

  • Amara Nova does not store card details.

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All ring orders placed through the Ring Studio are made to order. This means:

  • Production begins once your stone and setting selection is confirmed.
  • Standard production time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Made-to-order pieces are eligible for return under our Returns Policy only where the item is faulty or not as described.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amara Nova website — including but not limited to copy, photography, design, logos, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Amara Nova and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Amara Nova's liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /policies/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
